my n.fusca ain`t got hairy leaves. smooth as a baby`s bottom. but yah, d.adnata does look quite similiar to n.fusca at first glance. similiar marking on the pitcher but diff mouth side profile tho.

Actually, when they are young, most nepenthes pitchers looks alike. But one way of differentiating the two species is by the leaves.

n. adnata is super kawaii!
I got mine from Fauzi and it dropped it's pitchers due to the climate change me think...
The 1 and only budding pitcher got snapped into 2. A month or so then it put out a new leaf... Now I'm keeping them in shaded area of my very confined balcony on the moist side.
With or without pitchers... N. adnata is cute cute...

So D. adnata is like a stunted fusca.... Robert, the D. adnata has got short brown hairs along the margin of the leaves.

Hi Cindy and Lisham.
I am so happy that all the N.adnata are in good hands. Hope they will pitcher more and more.
For Lisham, I hope that all the plants are doing well after few months of acclimatization at their new home ...... in Langkawi Island.
Thanks
Fauzi
