Khairi, I'm wondering the same thing too. I still find that perhaps it's another form of phlegmaria with short and compact growth. The habit of branching, leaf form and even the seed pod do resemble phlegmaria. My own personal observation only. It might be another different species alltogether.
Btw. nice cute plant there!
