Moss seed pods?

I have moss that has been growing for a while and have now prduced these "pods" i was just wondering what they were. They grow in the same pot as my VFT's do.

If they are moss seed pods, how to i extract the seeds and use them another time if possible?

acidic055, it look like alien attacking your VFT. Try to track down to check out is it a part of moss. If yes, just monitor it and wait for the "pod" to be mature.

Err...those are sporangia (spore bags). What you will get is fine powder (spores) at most.
