Check the link below. Most of the plants which use for the vivarium are bromeliads. www.wildsky.net/vivarium/evivariu.htmThat's the reason I fall in love with bromeliads. I always want to set up a vivarium with bromeliads. But there are many species of them and I am not sure which species is suitable for vivarium. May be Andy /Wilson /Tarence can give some advise about this.

You can look for dwarf var. of Guz., Vrieseas and Neos....also not forgetting some crypts. They are beautifully suited inside together with driftwoods and...Oh Ya....poison dart frogs to complement everthing up!...

Can you suggest some dwarf species? Heard that Neoregelia "fire ball" is one of the smallest Neoregelia. But not sure it can grow under the fluorescent light.

Hi piscesilim,
Neo. 'Fireball' is a good choice. So is Neo punctatissisma, Neo. paucifilolia. All these are miniature size broms. I think flourescent light is a full spectrum light. Would be OK for it to grow well. However, it all depend on the size of your vivarium.
