Yup that's the mother plant. The workers were doing some trimming at the park and they were practically cutting out chunksof broms as they were growing all over the place. I asked if I could have one since I saw a pup lying on the ground in the heap with a few roots, and they said just take whatever you want because they were going to discard it anyway. So that's a brom for free ;D, not tip toe poaching haha..!
