Hey jeff, rilex everybody have their own bad time. u just need sometime to rectify this problem. Altho i'm still a newbie in neps, what i can tell u is dont give up on surviving the sick neps hmm, from ur pic, it looks like ur neps get burnt. Maybe it receives too much sunlight. This is because, i notice that the 'burnt' part of the tree is the leaves that faces outside, while the leaves that faces inside has minimal 'burnt'. and the one leaf that points inside does not have any burn marks at all. I maybe wrong, but i think ur nep needs more shade. introduce the plant to sunlight gradually, and the nep shold be fine again

But i dont think i have anymore space for it.. It has to stay there. Will it improve as time goes by?

I'm not sure wether it can adapt quickly to the environment where it receives plenty of direct sunlight.. but if it can adapt, there are much leaves to be sacrificed until it can really get used to the environment..
Perhaps other more experienced nep growers have more ideas and experience to give or share..?

Sun burn, sun burn! Of course it will adapt to the environment, like what Naj said more leaves have to sacrifice. The burnt leaves will stay like that. But what I worry is too much hot sunlight end up with no pitches.
Remember to use sun block next time when go overseas!

Speaking no pitchers. I have one over wall and it is growing fine except the leaves. In GCS, they claimed it is water damage.
So now the situation is i cant shift it to any other places, it will stay on, i have to keep on water it?

I personally think that it is not water damage, because u claimed that while u are away for holidays, there is lack of rain and there seems nobody to water ur rafflesiana. Moreover as i said, the burnt leaves are the ones that facing the outside. Give them water, and keep the moss moist

move the plant to bright shade with no direct sunlight, water misting the leaves every now and then (when u are at home), maintain moist medium as usual,no heavy watering.
Jeff,I have one plant which is worse than this. iIt was brought back to life and now is the most beautiful among.
