Wow. The colours are beautiful. The thing I like about orchis are the unique colouration and shape.

Nice pic jonas... What potting mix u used for slippers anyway? Looks like burnt earth + charcoal + broken bricks... I dont really have luck with that... i used 80% perlite 10% bricks+charcoal and 10% moss/ bark. I found that it is much easier to control watering with this mix as it doesnt remain wet for too long and end up killing my slippers roots.

erm, i think because the temperature is not ideal enough. my place can reach 22c at night. i didn't face any problem with the burnt earth + charcoal + broken bricks that i use as media. but media need to change frequently because the burnt earth will turn into sticky mixture after a year or so.
