Anyone growing this. It was doing well for me . Few days ago it toppled, dunno what caused,probably strong wind? Anyway sharing with everyone and unknown pygmy. D.madagascarensis No id ;D

I think the NOID is D. puchella

I agree I think it is puchella. Th emadagascariensis often fall over when they get tall. Multiple plants in a pot canoften help this as they rest on each other for support. They do have a period each year where they die down to a small hibernaculum or bud before re sprouting again. Mine died down about a month or so ago and surprisingly is coming back to life already.

Thanks Athene and Adam for the ID. Adam, a question, the madagascarensis will die down and is there a way to prevent it happening? I let it sit on a shallow water container and leave it on bright warm spot.
