Lim, i'm not sure if it was an adult or at which stage of development. I've never seen any before in any heath forest and am unsure what species it was. It grows on peat/sand and very shaded forest floor. At home i placed them more on perlite and less sphagnum.
Any clue of their name?

Sorry! Can't be of any help. Totally have no idea. Find it interesting as it resembles certain types of dendrobium species. Have you seen any specimen plant in the wild?
