Here's my xcoccenia pitchers when placed under direct sun... Notice the pitcher nearest to you. It has changed blood red after it was placed under direct sun. Not only that the pitcher is biger as compared to the older pithers at the side. This goes to show that nepenthes not only need high humidity to grow well but also good sunlight.

wonderful colours. I have the same result with raff x mirabilis and reinwardtiana,itself light red turned into blood red
