TS, in fact, Pink Venus is cross with Akai Ryu n typical by someone. From my experience, Pink venus can have FULL rediness like Akai ryu too.

Sorry to respond so late. I'm on my 3rd Pink and for some reason, they are very hard to grow.

My pink venuses grow the way others do. I placed my vfts all together in the same growing condition, they never seems to give me any problems except for some will need dormancy occassionally. Please note that growing VFTs in the tropic is different from that of in temperate climate. VFTs in the tropic won't go to sleep all together, beacuse we don't have winter here to trigger the dormancy. Jeff, I didn't know Pink Venus is also a cross between Akai Ryu & typical beside the Green Dragon, thanks for the info. Some times they did appear very red.

Cactustts,
I'm looking at my Pink Venus right now and it looks exactly like my Green Dragon. Do you notice the similarities with yours or is it just me?

Cactustts, I'm looking at my Pink Venus right now and it looks exactly like my Green Dragon. Do you notice the similarities with yours or is it just me? Hi Giovanni, sorry for the late reply. Yes, they looked almost the same, It's just that my green dragon's leaves were always up right and the plant grow more vigorously then the pink venus. I was told that both are the cross between typical and red dragon.
