Place it directly under sunlight actually brings out the colour. But sunlight may boil the water in the saucer which will harm the plant. The plant newly bought? it looks too green.

Yup, the plant is newly bought. havent got time to repot it. Tot that i wanna repot it in a bigger pot because of the long roots. TS, what mixture to u use for ur sarrs? the same as vft?
The plant was not healthy the time i got it. i had cut off the brown pitchers and hope the new leaves will perform well. Yup, i placed it under direct sunlight. And the boiling water in the saucer really concerns me. I heard that sarrs thrive well in standing water, but not the water level must not be more than half of the pot. Any other tips?

Yes, I use the same VFT potting mix for the Sarra too. Just put maximum 1/2" of water is more than enough if you water daily. Wait till the water dry out than only refill. Change the water by poring away the old water occasionally and replace with new, harmful mineral may accumulate in the old water. Overhead watering may also help to flush away the minerals that contained in the potting mix from time to time. TS

Yes, we have to provide them dormancy. I think I'll start a new thread on this later.
