Not enough sun light I think, the new shoot will be red in colour once it receive sufficient sunlight. But the shoot I saw still very green.

Put one water tray under the pot. The water level is 1/2 the pot. And then put under the sun. The old pitcher may dry. But it will grow new pitcher very soon.

What soil you use for this Sarracenia? organic planting soil Guess u are using the WRONG medium korean. CPs cannot thrive well in organic planting soil, and will eventually die due to nutrient 'overdose'. CPs get their nutrient by digesting insects from their traps. Quickly change the medium to peat moss/ sphagnum moss/ coconut peat and wash the roots thoroughly before planting it into the new medium. U might still have time to recover the plant. Is it fertilizers at the crown of the sarrs?

Yes. You need to change the soil to sphagnum moss.
