Just bought this neps today at Muar. Looks like N. Rafflesiana, squat red, but it pitchers is fatterthan raff squat red.. And a amp with upper pitcher. Saw this huge pitcher of N.Sanguinea Its about above 30cm lonhg ..

bifur, the first pic.-raff. was the elongated form(not squat). we can only describe according to their colours and forms as they come in many varieties.
The ampullaria upper pitcher belonged to the red spotted form.

Holy smokes that is one humongous sanguinea bifur!! Some pitchers do look like they are squat but then again they are just another form.

it's either the pitcher is big big, or the hand is small small... Btw, nice sanguinea pix...
